We are delighted to report that the 2021 Chardonnay ‘304’ from Neyers Vineyards was featured in the recent ‘Wine Spectator’ article highlighting “Ten Terrific California Values up to 91 Points”. Here’s what they had to say:
‘For white wines, it’s all Chardonnay here, each version offering a different take on Sonoma style. Neyers co-founder Bruce Neyers has an affinity for Chablis, which is on display with his 2021 white. Winemaker Tadeo Borchardt fermented this wine in a type of stainless-steel tank known as “304”, hence the name of the bottling.’
“Fresh, clean and crisp, showing a core of Meyer lemon, Honeycrisp apple and pear flavors that are intense and juicy, with a hint of crunchy sea salt lingering on the finish. Drink now. 90 Points” – Mary Ann Worobiec
